Kristin N. Moro is an associate attorney at FKSFPC, having joined the firm in 2018.
Kristin received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College and her Bachelor of Sciences from Hofstra University. After graduating from Touro Law Center in 2012, Ms. Moro was appointed as an Assistant Town Attorney to the Town of Brookhaven, where she handled all aspects of municipal law including civil litigation and criminal prosecution.
Since joining FKSFCP, Ms. Moro has focused her practice on the defense of civil matters representing healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and community health centers. She is involved in all aspects of medical and dental malpractice and civil defense litigation from inception of lawsuits through discovery and court proceedings to case resolution.
Ms. Moro is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
