Joseph P Rosh

Joseph P. Rosh is a senior associate at FKSFP&C, having joined the firm in 1989. He has extensive experience in handling complex medical malpractice litigation. He defends physicians, dentists, hospitals and nursing homes in cases of high exposure in both state and federal courts. He is involved in all aspects of defense litigation from inception of lawsuit, conducting of party depositions through mediation and case resolution. Additionally, he has had numerous cases against physicians dismissed on motion prior to trial.

Mr. Rosh provides personalized attention for the clients at FKSFP&C in the areas of real estate and estate planning. Specifically, he has expertise in real estate transactions, IRC Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, sophisticated trust and estate planning as well as probate administration.
